Dynamic warm up
10 x hamstring swings
10 x press ups
10 x walking lunge (5 each leg)
10 x dynamic squats
10 x hip rotations
10 x shuttle forward and backwards over 10m
High knee runs over 10m x 2 sets

Circuit 1

1. Squat Jumps — 20 reps


2. Planks — 60 seconds


3. Bicycle sit ups 25 each side

4. Push Ups — 30 reps

REST 90 seconds

Circuit 2

1. Jumping Jacks — 30 reps


2. Burpees — 20 reps


3. Squat Jumps — 30 reps.


4. Diamond Push Ups — 20 reps
