Delicious Avocado Brownies to fix the sugar Cravings with the healthier options.
Mouth Watering Avocado Brownies
3 large free-range eggs
1 scoop of vanilla protein powder Whey 30g
1 Medium Avocado
3 Table spoons Honey
2 Tablespoon Unsweetened Apple sauce
1 teaspoon Baking Soda
0.25 Teaspoon Sea Salt
1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
2 teaspoons runny honey
4 tablespoons fat- free Greek Yoghurt
Blueberries optional or Kiwi Fruit
Preheat Oven to 180 degrees
In a Blender or food processor combine avocado, apple sauce, honey and vanilla.
Add all these ingredients to a large bowl and whisk in the eggs
Add in coconut flour, Whey protein, sea salt and baking soda and stir until smooth.
Grease a baking tray with coconut oil and mixtures all together.
Cook in oven for 25 minutes before cutting into segments.
Allow to cool.
