10 x shuttle forward and backwards over 10m
High knee runs over 10m x 2 sets

The Circuit is designed to raise your heart rate and keep it elevated in order to get maximal body transformation impact and shred your body of the excess Fat!
If you feel lite headed or faint at any stage STOP exercise. Not for the faint hearted !
Body weight circuit: Complete each exercise with the prescribed reps then take 1 minute rest before completing a total of 3-5 sets.
Jumping Jacks x50
Diamond press ups x20
Squat Jumps x30
10m shuttle x4 (total of 80m; there and back is one rep) or run on the spot for 40 seconds.
Split jump lunges x20
1 minute rest then complete another 2 -4 sets
