Turkey and Bacon Salad
There is no reason why a salad can’t be meaty, so fill up on this low calorie feast that still produces the protein goods.

1 tsp cider vinegar
1 tsp Dijon mustard
3 tsp olive oil
160g baby spinach
450g pre cooked turkey breast
50g pre cooked crispy lean bacon
4 cherry tomatoes
30g blue cheese
Ground black pepper
Method: Cook in 8 minutes
Combine two tablespoons of water with vinegar, mustard, and two teaspoons of olive oil in a bowl. Mix well
Put the spinach and two tablespoons of the dressing from stage one into a large salad bowl, and toss to coat the leaves.
Tear the pre cooked turkey and crispy bacon into smaller pieces. Dice Avocado and half the cherry tomatoes with a knife.
Arrange the turkey, bacon, avocado, tomatoes, and crumbled cheese over the spinach carefully. Drizzle over the remaining dressing and season with black pepper.
