AVOCADO FRUIT SALAD
Serves 2
1 avocado, cubed
1 mango, peeled and cubed
145g Blueberries
1 banana thinly sliced
40g Cashew nuts and almonds
245g plain Greek Yogurt
1tsp Orange Zest
3 strawberries sliced optional
Mix all avocado, banana , mango, berries, cashews and almonds in a small bowl. Mix the yogurt and orange zest.
Divide fruit salad and add strawberries if required
