High Protein snack
Ingredients
- 1/2 pack of pre cooked Chicken
- 1 packet of couscous (small)
- 1 cube chicken stock
- 4 splashes of soy sauceĀ
- 1 handful of frozen peas sweetcorn
- 1/2 tsp crushed garlic
Method
- A plastic soup pot place all the ingredients except the chicken into the pot and seal this will keep for a week if refrigerated.
- When you are ready put the kettle on and pour in 150ml of hot water and cover for 5 minutes.
- Once the 5 minutes are up add the chicken. Mix thoroughly. Its simple and effective. The protein pot will give your body the fuel it needs to grow and repair.
