Healthy options to stop the cravings!

High Protein snack

Ingredients

  • 1/2 pack of pre cooked Chicken
  • 1 packet of couscous (small)
  • 1 cube chicken stock
  • 4 splashes of soy sauceĀ 
  • 1 handful of frozen peas sweetcorn
  • 1/2 tsp crushed garlic

Method

  1. A plastic soup pot place all the ingredients except the chicken into the pot and seal this will keep for a week if refrigerated.
  2. When you are ready put the kettle on and pour in 150ml of hot water and cover for 5 minutes.
  3. Once the 5 minutes are up add the chicken. Mix thoroughly. Its simple and effective. The protein pot will give your body the fuel it needs to grow and repair.
