This Interval training consists of 30-second segments of work followed by 15 seconds of rest. This minimalist routine can be used whenever you are short on time or equipment (or both), or when you’re simply looking for a bodyweight-based shock to the system.

Follow the circuit as illustrated below. Complete 30 seconds of exercise followed by a 15 second rest period before moving onto the next exercise.
