Bodyweight training, when done right (and well) can truly enhance your body aesthetic. It can get your heart rate up and leave you in a pile of your own sweat if you’re willing to get serious with it.
This Interval training consists of 30-second segments of work followed by 15 seconds of rest. This minimalist routine can be used whenever you are short on time or equipment (or both), or when you’re simply looking for a bodyweight-based shock to the system.

Workout

Follow the circuit as illustrated below. Complete 30 seconds of exercise followed by a 15 second rest period before moving onto the next exercise.
